How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
XPRESSPOST services by CanadaPost take between in 1-5 business days for all of Canada. Please give extra time for your tracking number to show up in the system. Once the order has been processed, your package will be shipped the same day but can sometimes be delayed up to 48 hours.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment Online Supplies only ships to Canadian addresses.

No account is needed to place a order but by becoming a member you will become part of the first to know about new products and sales.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
As long as the order has not already shipped, we can cancel your order.
If the order has already shipped, you can refuse the package and it will be sent back to us, then we’ll treat it like a returned order. Please give us a shout if this is your plan! That way, we will be able to handle your return much faster when it arrives back in our hands.
For credit card refunds, we do not charge processing fees but there is a 3-10 business day processing time depending on your banking institution.
We can also refund in the form of an in-store gift card that you can start using immediately!
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed and paid for, you will receive a email confirming your order, address and billing info as well as the tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the official site of CanadaPost. Please give extra time for your tracking number to show up in the system.
